1. Who we are
Kirich Forum (forum.kirich.blog) is part of the Kirich Blog project (www.kirich.blog). Below, “we” and “the administration” mean the Kirich Blog team; “you” and “member” mean anyone who visits the forum or has an account.
2. Acceptance
By using the forum you accept these Terms, the Forum rules and the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not sign up and do not post. Public sections can be read without an account.
3. The single kirich.blog account
- The forum has no separate registration: it uses your kirich.blog account. Whether you create it on the website or on the forum, you get one profile for both.
- You can sign in with the website login and password or with Astrina ID — using Google, Apple or Telegram. Sign-in always happens on kirich.blog, and the forum only receives confirmation of who you are.
- Login, email, avatar and ban status are synchronised between the website and the forum automatically.
- One person — one account. You are responsible for keeping your password safe; we recommend enabling two-factor protection in your website profile.
- The forum may be used by people aged 16 and over; younger users only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
4. Your content
You keep the copyright to your texts, photos, schematics and code. By posting them you confirm that you have the right to do so and grant Kirich Blog a free, non-exclusive licence to store, display, have them indexed by search engines, translate them into the other forum languages and quote them with attribution for as long as the material stays on the forum. Replies that became part of a discussion may remain on the forum after the account is deleted, in anonymised form.
5. Translations
The forum works in Ukrainian, English and Russian. Topic titles and summaries may be translated automatically by a machine translation service, and some materials are translated by hand. Machine translation can be inaccurate; in case of discrepancies the original text prevails.
6. Advice and liability
Information on the forum is posted by members and provided “as is”, without any warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. It does not replace professional advice. Work with mains voltage, batteries, gas or other hazardous energy sources is at your own risk. We are not liable for damage caused by using advice from the forum or for deals between members.
7. External links and services
External links open through the urlik.xyz short-link service; links to kirich.blog open directly. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content. The forum also relies on other third-party services, listed in the Privacy policy.
8. Restricting access
We may restrict or terminate access to an account for breaking the Rules, these Terms or the law, or to protect other members. Because the account is shared, a restriction applies both on the forum and on kirich.blog.
9. Deleting your account
Deleting your account on the forum creates a deletion request for the single kirich.blog account. The request is reviewed within 30 days, and you can cancel it during that time by contacting the administration. After deletion your profile disappears from the website and the forum, while your posts stay in anonymised form so that discussions are not broken. If you want the posts deleted too, say so in your request.
10. Changes and contacts
